RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 
Our policy lasts 14 days after you have received your package. If 14 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Ensure if you wish to return that you ship back to us within the set 14 days.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
For sanitary reasons: bodysuits, jewellery, swimwear, socks and undergarments are non-returnable.
 
Additional non-returnable/non-refundable items:
Gift cards and discount code.
 
Before posting any return, please email us at info@goodgalsrevolt.com with your request.
 
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received back; you will receive a confirmation email on this.
Good Gals Revolt does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
 
Additional Notes: We are unable to make changes to the shipping address of orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly, and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Good Gals Revolt does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Please note: items in an order can be shipped in separate parcels. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please email info@goodgalsrevolt.com. Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within a day of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit or refund. Please email info@goodgalsrevolt.com for assistance.)
 
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
Good Gals Revolt reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers or apply a restocking fee at any time due to:
  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • Returned items that are worn, altered, laundered, damaged (when not originally received as such) or that arrives in a really bad shape due to poor packaging.
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Items sent to our Return Center without pre-authorization will be discarded upon receipt.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit in the form of a Good Gals Revolt E-Gift Card can be issued for your sale return or otherwise applicable item(s) once your package is received back and processed. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for our Returns Department to process your return once delivered. Your E-Gift Card covers the purchase price of each item and tax, if applicable. Good Gals Revolt does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
 
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@goodgalsrevolt.com.
We do not offer other types of exchanges at this time, such as size related exchanges, but you may return any item and repurchase a different size, etc.
 
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items have been reduced in price and can be returned for store credit only.
 
SHIPPING BACK TO US

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to weeks to reach us.
Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Good Gals Revolt will not issue refund for your returns. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you a refund or a store credit in the form of a Good Gals Revolt E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!
